Prices shown are full retail price inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax charge VAT in UAE Dirham (AED). Available online currencies: Bahraini Dinar (BHD), Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), Omani Riyal
 (OMR), Qatari Riyal (QAR) and Saudi Riyal (SAR) - option to manually change currency on site available. Please note that there may be some
 fluctuation in currency exchange rates against actuals.

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay.  We currently accept payment methods of Credit and Debit Cards only as well as Apple Pay.

Discounts

Seasonal discount codes or offers cannot be combined with any promo-codes.

Taxes and Fees

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable, for all UAE orders. All applicable fees and duties will be calculated at checkout. For GCC orders 
any fees and duties mandated will be applied to orders upon check out.

Refund and Return Policies

We strictly do not accept any returns or refunds. In the case of manufacturing defect we will offer a full refund or exchange of product 
after proof of defect.
After following all the necessary steps to place your order, fill in your preferred methods of payment along with your full details.
You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been received. However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. 
If paying by payment card your order will only be accepted once your card details payment have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items are located and shipped.

From here, you will then receive a second email from us confirming your order. In the event of a problem however, you will quickly
 be informed and your payment will not be processed.

A division of the General Department of Criminal Investigation in Dubai, the Cybercrime Investigation Department consists of five specialized units: the Forgery and Credit Cards Unit, the Fraud and Scams Unit, the Identity and Defamation Unit, the Information Security Unit, as well
as the Information and Development Unit.
